Refund Policy

The free audit

The audit and the scan at namedhq.io/scan are free. There's nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

The Fix ($990, paid upfront)

Before and 30 days after we finish, we run the same 23-check audit on your website. If your score hasn't risen by at least 15 points on the 100-point scale, we refund the full fee.

• The refund is paid within 10 business days of the 30-day re-audit, to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid in.
• The changes we make need to stay in place during those 30 days. If they're removed or overwritten, the guarantee doesn't apply.
• If your website's platform can't support some of the fixes, we tell you before you pay, not after.

The Moat ($497 a month)

• We agree target measures with you at the start. If they haven't moved by day 90, you don't pay the next invoice.
• There's a 90-day minimum. After that you can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
• Fees for a month already in progress aren't refunded.

What we can't refund against

We don't control AI tools, so we can't promise that any of them will name your business, and a refund isn't tied to that. The guarantee is about the audit score, because that's the part anyone can check.

Your rights under the law

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you. If a service we provide has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy under those laws, whatever this page says.
